Over six sessions, you’ll learn a range of new tools and skills that you will be able to practise and integrate into your daily life.  When practised regularly, these tools will have a long-term, positive effect on your wellbeing.   You’ll be using the disciplines of positive psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and performance coaching.  Each session lasts 25-30 minutes.

Before you start, download and have a look at the Tools Library folder (below), where you will find some extra exercises that you can pick and choose.  You can come back to these documents at any time.

At the end of your first session, please print the Coloured Dots file from the Tools Library and cut out the dots.  This is explained at the beginning of Session 1 but is useful for all sessions.
